  • 10:00 a.m. – Managing Our Property: Bishop will meet with Annual Conference Trustees, Mound Bayou Trustees, Bonner-Campbell Trustees, Episcopal Residence Trustees, Annual Conference Committee on  Deeds, Abstracts and Abandoned Property (Closed Meeting)

  • 11:00 a.m. – Merging/Closing Congregations - The Bishop will meet with the Committee on Circuits, Missions, and Stations, The Annual Conference Committee on Church Growth, the Department of Evangelism, Pastors     and Congregation interested in merging or closing congregations (Open to all)
