IMPORTANT NOTICE 

The following documents are district-provided templates and recommended guidelines for use by local congregations within the Eighth Episcopal District of the African Methodist Episcopal Church.

These templates are intended to:

• Promote theological consistency

• Encourage sound pastoral practice

• Support orderly administration across the district

 

Local congregations are authorized to modify these templates as necessary to reflect local context, ministry needs, and administrative practices, provided such modifications remain consistent with the Doctrine and Discipline of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, the policies of the Eighth Episcopal District as well as all state and local laws.
